Our Pricing is based on the type of work involved. 

Replacement work is set pricing and it depends on what I'm replacing. for example, I charge $375 to replace a bathroom exhaust fan, plus materials and taxes. If you have multiple different items that need to be replaced, email me a list and I will give you a set price for installing each item.

Repair work is time and materials. If you have some hinges that need adjusting, or some weather stripping projects or other  minor things , you can hire me for a minimum of two hours at $100 per hour, plus materials and taxes, and on up to 8 hours for $800 plus materials and taxes. 

Remodel work is bid pricing. If you have a remodel project, or a new deck to be built, or some other larger scale work, call or email to schedule an in home visit so I can look at the project and discuss it with you in person, after which I will write up a bid for you to consider.
